Our legal fees (not including VAT or expenses) stated above include every aspect of the sale conveyancing aspect. The fees include carrying out the necessary Money Laundering Regulations checks, obtaining copies of the legal title for the Property which is being sold, preparing and issuing contract documentation to your Buyer’s solicitors, dealing with any enquiries raised by the Buyer’s Solicitors and estate agents (if applicable). Liaising with you in relation to the replies to enquiries and dealing with all technical issues that may arise with your sale. Obtaining settlement figures for any charges over the Property being sold, repayment of any amounts owing under any Charges and arranging the discharge of any mortgages over the property on completion, paying any estate agents fees and accounting to you for any sale proceeds.
Our Conveyancing Department consists of: Amanda Tomkins who is a Senior Conveyancer with over 25 years residential conveyancing experience; Sally Gallagher who is an experienced residential conveyancer, Chelsea Peace who is a Solicitor Apprentice and Kerry Thackeray who is a Paralegal.
