Commercial Property

Really pleased with how they dealt with the transfer of equity during the pandemic, swiftly and professionally and even though they didn't represent me they still advised me what needed to be done and as a result I will be using them when I buy a house this year and my dad is going to use them for his change of will. Thank you Sutherland & Co

Sutherland & Co have assisted my wife and myself three times now with the purchase and sale of properties and we cannot praise them enough for their endeavours on our behalf. The conveyancing for each transaction went as well as we could have wished for, with little or no delay experienced, and we could not fault the fees we were charged for the excellent service we received. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sutherland's services to anyone.

To Sally & Leah, We are all moved in and we can’t wait to start making lots of great memories in our new home. We would just like to formally say thank you to you both and anyone else who made the purchase possible. We cannot fault your services, we were treated with respect and gratitude in a very professional yet compassionate manner. We have had nothing but bad luck in the past and we were very close to giving up until we found your law firm. We will be recommending your services to our friends or family for any future sales/purchases. Wishing you both all the best and thanks once again for helping us with our move into our first family home. Regards

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Caroline Sutherland, Amanda Hall and the team at other law firms for the last 12 months and we have followed them to the new firm, Sutherland & Co Law Limited. We have found them very efficient, organised and proactive with all our conveyancing needs. Without their help we would not have been able to do the business we do. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are fantastic at working to short timescales.
